The missing context

Your watch knows the numbers. A static plan knows the race. Neither knows your week.

A late shift, a poor night, a missed session or a family weekend can make a perfect-looking plan useless. EnduCoach keeps the available training data, the goal and your real-life constraints in one place—so the next review starts with the fuller picture.

Less time rebuilding the plan. Less doubt about what to do next.

From history to first plan

One clear workflow from Garmin history to the next workout.

Connect the data you already have, add the context Garmin cannot know, and build a goal-linked season roadmap with a rolling plan you can act on.

  1. Connect Garmin

Bring in available training history, supported personal records, recent activities, selected profile data and recovery signals when Garmin supplies them.

  2. Add your goal and real life

Set your sport goals and events, then add availability, travel, work patterns, family constraints, training background, terrain and equipment.

  3. Build one direction

See meaningful season phases, a rolling plan and detailed workouts tied back to the goal.

  4. Take the workout with you

When automatic sending is enabled, compatible future structured workouts can be scheduled in Garmin Connect after a successful plan change.

Transcript — How EnduCoach works — 36 seconds

00:00–00:05 A cyclist rides a forest road. Narration: “You’ve already put in the work. Your next plan shouldn’t start from zero.”

00:05–00:09 The connected Garmin account and Personal Bests appear. Narration explains connecting Garmin and syncing available history and records.

00:09–00:14 A goal and four availability cards establish the goal and available training time.

00:14–00:18 A compact season roadmap shows long-range direction.

00:18–00:21 The rider checks a clear first week in the mobile app.

00:21–00:25 The app expands a compatible workout and highlights “Send to Garmin.”

00:25–00:28 The camera moves to the handlebars and one press starts the workout on a Garmin Edge.

00:28–00:32 The cyclist rides away. Narration: “Then ride.”

00:32–00:36 End card and narration: “Your history. Your goal. One plan.”

Adaptation on your terms

Request a review, or let Elite start one after Garmin sync.

Daily insights do not rewrite your training. You can request a review whenever something changes. With Elite automation enabled, a qualifying Garmin sync can also start one automatically.

  1. Add the new context.

Explain the missed session, poor night, work trip, symptoms or changed availability.

  2. Review the latest picture.

EnduCoach combines your comment with the editable plan, available Garmin history and supported recovery signals.

  3. See the result.

Review material plan changes and the main coaching reason behind them.

The rolling plan can change while the long-term direction stays intact—unless the goal or underlying constraints truly changed.

Transcript — Plan review example — 20 seconds

00:00–00:03 At an airport, an athlete checks her phone beside a suitcase. Headline and narration: “Thursday became a work trip.”

00:03–00:05 Her message asks to rebalance the week while keeping the marathon goal. Narration: “My week no longer matched my training plan.”

00:05–00:07 The “Review & update plan” action is shown. Narration: “One message was enough.”

00:07–00:11 EnduCoach reviews the request and Garmin context, then adapts the plan before the next workout.

00:11–00:14 The revised week and coaching reason appear. Narration: “My week changed. My marathon goal didn’t.”

00:14–00:16 The athlete stands at a race finish wearing a medal.

00:16–00:20 End card: “The week changed. The goal didn’t.” “Garmin-connected plan reviews, on demand.”

Data needs context

More than a workout file. More than a calendar.

01

Training history

Available Garmin history, recent activities, supported personal records and key workout metrics help establish what the athlete has actually done.

02

Recovery signals

Training Readiness, sleep duration, resting heart rate, stress, Body Battery at wake and recovery time can inform the next review when available.

03

Real-life constraints

Preferred and rest days, available time, travel, shift patterns, family weekends, facilities and equipment make the plan practical.

04

Goals and feedback

Sport goals, planned events, training background and athlete feedback give each review a clear purpose.

Garmin data varies by account, device and availability. EnduCoach uses the supported data that is available; it does not claim every Garmin metric or a complete history in every account.

From season to session

Keep the big goal and the next decision in the same system.

Season roadmap

See goal-linked training phases and the current long-term direction without filling the calendar with meaningless detail.

Rolling plan

Work from a focused near-term plan that can be reviewed when availability, execution or recovery changes.

Detailed workout

Open the purpose, structure, intensity and execution notes for the session you are about to do.

EnduCoach separates the direction that should remain stable from the details that genuinely need to change.

Garmin connected

Bring useful Garmin context into the plan—and compatible workouts back to Garmin Connect.

EnduCoach refreshes Garmin data during relevant app and coaching flows. It can use available activities, supported personal records and selected recovery/profile data to inform plan creation and requested reviews.

  • Uses key workout and recovery metrics when Garmin makes them available.
  • Stores Garmin connection tokens, but does not store your Garmin password.
  • Can automatically reconcile eligible future workouts after a successful plan change when automatic sending is enabled.
  • Schedules compatible future structured workouts in Garmin Connect.

Built for endurance goals

One planning system across running, cycling, swimming and multisport.

Running

Road, trail, road ultra and trail ultra, with track and treadmill as supporting modalities.

Cycling

Road, gravel, mountain bike and cyclocross, with indoor cycling as a supporting modality.

Swimming

Pool and open-water swimming.

Multisport

Triathlon, duathlon, swimrun and aquathlon.

Supporting work

Strength, mobility, yoga, Pilates, hiking and walking.

Planning support is broader than Garmin workout delivery. Garmin scheduling depends on a compatible single-sport structured workout.

AI-powered. Athlete-controlled.

Clear inputs. Explained changes. Honest limits.

You set the context

You define the goals, availability and constraints—and choose when to request a plan review.

You see material changes

EnduCoach shows what changed in the plan or roadmap and provides the main coaching reason.

Your connection is explicit

Garmin passwords are not stored. Connection tokens are stored so syncing can continue, and disconnecting stops future Garmin sync.

Your data can be deleted

The account page includes account deletion. The privacy policy explains the deletion scope, limited retention exceptions and external services used.

Relevant coaching context may be sent to OpenAI when you use GPT Actions. With active AI data consent, relevant coaching context may also be sent when you request a portal AI plan update or when an enabled Elite automatic review starts after Garmin sync. For athletes with active access and active AI data consent, EnduCoach also automatically sends a compact training-data summary after a completed week when they next use the app while signed in. This generates stored coaching comments for that week and its corresponding four-week period without a separate request. A comment is generated only for a period with at least one completed activity. If neither period qualifies, no review data is sent to OpenAI; the app shows “Insufficient data” for any period that does not qualify. The automatic summary excludes raw GPS coordinates, names and email addresses. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Choose your review pace

FAQ

Does EnduCoach change my plan automatically every day?

Starter and Pro update the plan only when you request it. With Automatic reviews and updates enabled, Elite can start a review after Garmin sync when a new activity was downloaded or an activity requires review, with a separate limit of three automatic plan updates per day. For athletes with active access, weekly and four-week progress comments are generated automatically while AI data consent is active. Starter includes three manual updates per week; Pro and Elite include three per day.

What does EnduCoach read from Garmin?

Depending on what your Garmin account and device make available, EnduCoach can use recent activities, available training history, supported personal records, selected profile data and recovery signals such as Training Readiness, sleep duration, resting heart rate, stress, Body Battery at wake and recovery time. It does not claim every Garmin metric or a complete history for every account.

Will every planned workout be sent to my Garmin device?

No. EnduCoach can schedule compatible future structured workouts in Garmin Connect when automatic sending is enabled and the plan changes successfully. Garmin Connect must then sync the scheduled workout to a compatible device. Combined multisport workouts, mobility sessions and some structures are not eligible.

Which sports can EnduCoach plan?

Planning supports road, trail and ultra running; road, gravel, mountain-bike and cyclocross goals; pool and open-water swimming; triathlon, duathlon, swimrun and aquathlon; plus supporting strength, mobility, yoga, Pilates, hiking, walking, track, treadmill and indoor-cycling work.

Is my Garmin password stored?

No. Your Garmin password is used only during the connection request. EnduCoach stores connection tokens so it can refresh and sync data after you connect.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. The account page includes account deletion. It removes your EnduCoach account and the connected coaching data described in the Privacy Policy. Limited anti-abuse and legally retained transaction records are explained there as well.

Does EnduCoach send data to OpenAI?

Yes. The Privacy Policy explains the external services and data use.

Is EnduCoach a replacement for a coach or medical professional?

No. EnduCoach provides endurance-planning guidance. It is not medical advice and does not replace a qualified human coach or healthcare professional.

How does the free trial work?
