EnduCoach Support

Support for EnduCoach by Dragilla.

EnduCoach helps endurance athletes connect Garmin data, review recent training, manage goals and events, and maintain an AI-assisted training plan.

For app issues, general feedback, feature requests, account help, or subscription support, contact Dragilla at support@dragilla.com.

Garmin connection: sign in to EnduCoach, open Account, and reconnect Garmin if recent activities stop syncing.
To create or update a plan, make sure your trial or subscription is active, Garmin is connected, AI data consent is enabled, and your required profile fields are complete. Add at least one sport goal or planned event, and check your plan-update allowance.
Account deletion: sign in to EnduCoach, open Account, and use the delete-account option to remove your account and stored coaching data.
